Sabra Grubb
Owner • Licensed Esthetician • Spray Tan Artist
My journey in the beauty industry began in 2010, when I took my first job at a tanning salon while attending college. What started as a part-time job quickly became something I genuinely loved.
My passion eventually led me to esthetics school, where I also had the opportunity to work at a Med Spa, all while continuing to work at the tanning salon. Yes, I was doing all three at once! That experience introduced me to the aesthetics side of the industry and allowed me to expand my knowledge of skincare, laser treatments, cosmetic injections, teeth whitening, facials, and more.
I became a licensed esthetician in 2020 and now have nearly 16 years of experience in the tanning industry and eight years of experience in esthetics. Every position I’ve held and every client I’ve worked with has helped shape the vision I had for a business of my own.
This industry is more than my career, it is truly my passion. I’m incredibly proud of how Bronze & Bare has grown, and I’m so grateful that I get to continue doing what I love while creating a welcoming space for our clients and community.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me catching up on my favorite TV shows, traveling, or trying a new restaurant!

Ashley Powell
Nurse Injetor | BSN | RN
My name is Ashley Powell and I am a Registered Nurse and Nurse Injector here at Bronze & Bare. My nursing journey began in 2018 when I graduated as an LVN and started working as an oncology infusion nurse. Caring for patients throughout the years has given me a deep passion for helping others and treating every person with genuine compassion and care. I continued my education and earned my RN BSN in 2022 while growing my experience in oncology nursing.
I found my love for aesthetics in 2023 and instantly knew it was where I belonged. I truly enjoy blending my medical background with an artistic eye to help clients feel confident, refreshed, and still completely like themselves.
I am your go to girl for aesthetic enhancements. My goal is to create a comfortable and uplifting experience where you feel confident, cared for, and excited about your results.
Outside of work, you can find me riding my Peloton, relaxing by the pool, shopping, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. I love staying up to date on the latest in beauty and aesthetics and cannot wait to help you achieve your goals. I am so happy to be part of the Bronze and Bare family and I cannot wait to meet you.
Caitlin Erikson
Licensed Esthetician • Spray Tan Artist
My name is Caitlin, and I’m the newest licensed esthetician at Bronze & Bare. I’m from Sweeny, Texas, and after high school I attended WCJC. While there, I quickly realized my true passion was in the skincare and beauty industry, so I decided to pursue esthetics and graduated esthetician school in 2025.
I joined the Bronze & Bare team in January 2026 and have loved every minute of it! I enjoy continuing to learn, grow, and provide personalized services that leave my clients feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing.
When I’m not at Bronze & Bare, you can usually find me grabbing an iced coffee, shopping, trying new restaurants, staying tan, or getting lost in a good book. I’m so excited to be part of the Bronze & Bare family and can’t wait to meet you all!
Joe Carl Hubbard, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Hubbard serves as the Medical Director for Bronze & Bare, providing medical oversight and guidance for the aesthetic medical services offered at our studio. Their role helps ensure that our providers follow appropriate medical protocols while prioritizing client safety and quality of care.
RACHEL HILLIARD
ARPN, Nurse Practitioner
Rachel is the Nurse Practitioner responsible for completing Good Faith Exams for Bronze & Bare clients. This brief virtual medical evaluation is required before receiving a medical aesthetic treatment and helps determine whether each client is an appropriate candidate for their requested service.
